mixed experience
cold water broken coffee maker
the hot water situation was a joke. after a mere three minutes, the water turned ice cold. imagine the joy of a freezing shower after the first person finished! the shower door also leaked, a constant reminder of the subpar maintenance. the coffee maker was broken too , made mornings less appealing.

tasteful decorations comfortable bed convenient location
the staff welcomed me warmly. i found espresso provided. the location by the river was convenient for exploring. the room included tasteful decorations and a comfortable bed.
the soundproofing was not effective enough to block out street noise.

This location provided easy access to the historic tram route. it was also very close to several cafes and bars. Most city attractions were within a comfortable walking distance from the hotel.

a tender stay by the riverside
intimate location kind staff welcome gift easy parking
The location felt intimate. the staff showed kindness, they gifted port wine with homemade cake. the lift made trips to higher floors easy. i also appreciated the city car parking just across the street. I pre-booked it for my arrival.
the bed and pillow were not exactly what i was hoping for, it affected my rest a bit.

the breakfast offered a lovely selection, and the main floor restaurant provided an excellent dinner. i was impressed by the attentive service. it felt so good.

the apartment included a comfortable bed. a microwave, minifridge, and nespresso coffee maker enhanced my stay. nightly quietness occurred because soundproofed windows were closed. i loved it.
